Base | $500

A grand entrance at the requested area and a 15-minute performance at the specified location.

Standard | $850

A grand entrance at the requested area and a 30-minute performance at the specified location.

Please note . . .

  • There will be a fee for characters to be added onto the performance and specific characters are not always available upon request, but we do our best to accommodate these requests.
  • Additional fees may be required for certain locations outside Philadelphia. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

A special note concerning budgets…

We do our best to work with some budget requirements, please do not hesitate to ask but also some reminders:

  • We are a non-profit organization and cannot always accommodate budget requests as often as we would like.

  • Often times we are marching with our PME kids and we take into account their needs throughout the day.

    (i.e. Snacks, water, lunch/dinner and bathroom breaks)

With all of that said, we never want to lose an event due to budget concerns and are always willing to discuss options with you.
